Use the same commutator motor as the self-contained hopper loader, which can separate the suction hopper and the motor cabinet. Suitable for long distance conveying but also save space.

  • The separated design of a blower and a suction hopper with mighty horsepower is suitable for long distance conveying. The flexible combination of one blower with one suction hopper up to four suction hoppers can help you to save space and equipment investment cost.

    ​That also keeps your resin away the pollution and extend suction points easily for future need.
    Various optional kinds of suction hoppers are available for your different need,such as stainless series for optics,booster series for flexible capacity,glass series and dust-free filter series.(standard suction hopper as factory standard)

  • Use the same commutator motor as the BC series,and separate motor cabinet and suction hopper design as the TA and TC series.Combine the advantages of the hopper mounted and floor mounted loaders.

REMARKS

 

  • The conveying capacity listed on the table is tested with standard new PS granular resin with the motor running continuously. Test condition of conveying capacity: Vertical conveying height=4M, Horizontal conveying length=5M

  • Conveying capacity varies with the shape and bulk density of the resin, piping, conveying length & height, power supply frequency and other factors.

  • Plastic material of Bulk density: 0.68 kg/L, Material with Powder calculated at 40%.

  • ​For the best result, please choose the loader according to 80~85% of loading capacity.

FAQ

    1. Adjust the air damper of stainless suction probe.

    2. Clean or replace the paper filter.

    3. Check the air hose of auto-loader is whether damaged.

    4. Examine the limit switch, contactor overload, timer, and motor running well or damage.

    5. The belt of blower for TC-6 Loader is loosen or broken.

    6. Check the tube or material hose is plugged.

    7. Power insufficient.

  • IC board malfunction to cause the line. # ③ & ④ discounted.
    PS. OL – Motor overload, PS - no carbon brush.

  • Check the Limit Switch disconnected.

  • IC board or buzzer breakdown to cause the IC board malfunction.

    1. If suction hopper equipped on the hopper dryer and find the plugged of air outlet of hopper dryer, cause the material is unable to fall by pressure increasing.

    2. Happen the static. (must do grounding) 

    3. Find the bridge or suction full of material in the suction hopper. (please reserve enough space)
