Blow-recycling

the granulated material will be separated by the cyclone blower to granulate and dust in different bags.

  • Reason:

    1. Worn blades.

    2. Excessive blade clearance.

    3. Incorrect blade rotation direction.

    4. Excessive rotation speed.

    5. Change in material properties.

    Ans.:

    1. Resharpen the blades.

    2. Adjust blade gap to an appropriate distance.

    3. Correct the rotation direction.

    4. Replace the pulley to reduce rotation speed.

    5. Adjust granulating parameters according to different materials.

  • Reason:

    1. High feed material temperature.

    2. Overfilled storage bin causing discharge blockage.

    3. Damaged bearings.

    Ans.:

    1. Allow material to cool down before feeding.

    2. Clear the accumulated material from the storage bin.

    3. Replace the bearings.

  • Reason:

    1. Worn screen mesh.

    2. Loose screen frame.

    3. Screen mesh size too large.

    2. Tighten the screen frame.

    3. Replace with a smaller screen mesh.

    2. Loose machine components.

    3. Uneven ground surface, wheels not fully grounded.

    1. Select appropriate feed material size.

    2. Inspect and locate the source of the noise/vibration.

    3. Ensure all four casters/wheels are evenly contacting the ground.

  • Reason:

    1. Power supply interruption.

    2. Overloading due to improper operation, triggering overload protection.

    3. Hopper not properly locked/latched.

    4. Damaged magnetic contactor.

    Ans.:

    1. Check power supply.

    2. Clear the granulating chamber, reset the protection trip, and restart.

    3. Check safety interlock switch engagement.

    4. Replace the magnetic contactor.
