a. Up to 50% shorter drying time compared to conventional dehumidifying dryers. The Rapid Dryer uses its proprietary static pressure technology to deliver stable hot airflow and improve heat transfer efficiency, significantly shortening drying time.
b. Reduces electricity costs by up to 40% compared to conventional dehumidifying dryers. The Rapid Dryer eliminates the need for large compressors or heaters required by conventional systems, significantly reducing electricity usage.

Increase yield rate of output.
a. Moisture content can be reduced to 0.02% (depend on the initial moisture content of resin), improve the drying quality of resin, and lower defective products.
b. Eliminating gas circulation reduces molding defect rate from 50% to 0%. Conventional dehumidifying dryers recirculate gas generated from pellets, which leads to molding defects. The Rapid Dryer introduces external air under pressure and discharges the gas, preventing this issue. This reduces the defect rate from 50% to nearly 0%, solving a long-standing issue in the molding industry.
c. Eliminates streaks resembling fingerprints caused by extrusion molding. In extrusion molding of LED covers, fingerprint-like streaks often appear on the product surface when using traditional dryers. Switching to the Rapid Dryer completely eliminates these, improving appearance quality.
d. Other improvements: Fixes piano black surface defects in PMMA/ASA, Reduces white haze in PA materials, Decreases short shot occurrences in PBT materials, …etc. -

FAQ
Hopper Dryer
-
Check if there is any air leakage of unit.
-
Check if Fan motor is running in correct direction and if the Iron net is stocked.
-
Check if Heater and thermocouple is ok, and use Device to get Electrical current value.
-
Check if there is resin gathering around Right side of unit and inside dust collector chamber.
-
Check if Contactors, temperature controllers, EGO, and Thermocouple is OK.
-

1-1 Check Air volume of Fan Motor from its 90 degrees Outlet port.
1-2 Check if Electrical current and resistance of Heater is Normal.
1-3 Check if Both Temperature Indicators, Up and down, share Same value. And also check if Frequency of ON/OFF is Normal.
1-4 Check if there is Spreader Cone inside Drying Chamber of unit. -
Hopper Dryer is NOT Fulfilled with Material.

Check if there is any air leakage of the unit.
-
If possible, please try another brand of Material to check if our unit is working OK.
4-1 Setting temperature is not High enough, please increase it. ( For example, ABS sets at 80℃, try to increase to 85℃, 90℃, and so on. and Ensure Material is not gathering together cause of High Temperature.)
4-2 Drying time may be Not long enough, please increase drying time.
4-3 Special Material, pellet is tiny and dense, we would suggest to have a special device to ensure material is dried completely and loading in orders.

Check if Capacitors and Wiring are Burned.
-
Check if Voltage of Factory is Normal and Stable. This is because Differences between 3 Phases of Voltage would also damage the unit.
-
Check if Wirings of Fan Motor, Heater, and inside control box are in good condition, not damaged or peeled, because this would lead Electric to steel cover to cause Electric leakage.
Set Temperature to do Automatic calculation or Adjust PID value manually.
You would see ① Indicator of SB is ON and ② Displayed FFF or - -
Positive and Negative Pole of Thermocouple are not connected correctly.
Positive Pole connects RED wires.
Negative Pole connects BLUE wires.
Check if Power cable is damaged or broken.
Motor overload protector triggered.

Check if Switch of Fan Motor is connected correctly.
-
Check if lack phase of Motor. Lack phase of Motor would lead Motor is Not Running although switch of Fan Motor is ON. And Heating is ON to lead smoke.

EGO protector triggered.
-
OP protector triggered.
-
Replace with New lamps.

Dehumidifying Dryer
-
Check both of Dehumidifying dryer and Hopper dryer if they are suitable.
-
Check both of DHM (DHC) and HD if they have air leakage.
-
Check if the raw material contains oil or added.
-
The function of desiccant and honey comb rotor is unstable for dehumidify or regeneration.
-
Evaporator blocked, heating element fault or regeneration temperature is too low.
-
Check the spares of PU-TR, timer 60M x 12S, PU-NC, SENSOR, compressor air source…etc. Check it step by step to solve the failure.
It may EGO error or breakdown. Thermal bar poor assembling and poor contact causes overheat of temperature controller and SSR failure.
To replace temperature controller, auto computing and adjust PID.
Check cooling water, filter, evaporator and cooler.
